We offer shipping within Japan and to selected international destinations.
Available international shipping destinations can be confirmed at checkout.
Please note that shipping may not be available to certain regions.


Domestic Shipping

Shipping fees may vary depending on the delivery destination and order details. Please check the shipping fee displayed at checkout when placing your order.

※ Free shipping is available for orders of ¥20,000 or more (including tax).


International Shipping

Carrier: DHL

International shipping fees vary depending on the destination. Please check the shipping fee displayed at checkout for details.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, and other circumstances.


Duties & Import Taxes

Any customs duties, import taxes, value-added tax (VAT), and other applicable import charges incurred on international orders will be covered by the Store.
In principle, customers will not be required to pay these charges separately upon delivery.


Dispatch

In-stock items will be dispatched within 5 business days after your order has been confirmed.
For pre-order and made-to-order items, please refer to the estimated shipping schedule stated on each product page.

Estimated shipping dates may be subject to change due to production schedules, material availability, or other unavoidable circumstances. If necessary, we will notify you by email or other appropriate means.

Tracking Information

When a trackable shipping method is used, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent after your order has been dispatched.

You can check the delivery status using the tracking information provided in the shipping confirmation email.


Important Shipping Information

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address, prolonged absence, refusal of delivery, or other circumstances attributable to the customer, additional shipping fees may be charged for reshipment.

For international orders, if a shipment is returned due to circumstances attributable to the customer, you may be responsible for return shipping fees and any other costs incurred in connection with the return.

Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, transportation disruptions, customs clearance, carrier circumstances, or other unforeseen events.

In the event of loss or damage during transit, claims will be handled in accordance with the policies and terms of the relevant shipping carrier.
