Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer preference or convenience.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item is defective or you receive an item different from what you ordered, we will offer an exchange or refund.

In such cases, return shipping and any reshipping costs will be covered by the Store. If a replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

Pre-order Items
