Designer's Note


“A Dress Made to Share a Little Joy”


The reason I make clothes is simple: I want to create a cycle of joy.

I make something I truly believe is beautiful, and then someone chooses it, wears it, and feels happy. Maybe it makes an ordinary day feel a little brighter, or maybe someone gives them a compliment and it lifts their mood. If my clothes can create even a small positive change like that, it means a lot to me.

Then, when I hear those stories or see a customer smile, that joy comes back to me and gives me the energy to create something new. That is what I mean by a “cycle of joy.”

I made the LONG-T DRESS because I wanted to share that feeling with even more people. Of course, I hope those who already enjoy MASAHIRO OKUNO will love it, but I also wanted it to be a dress for someone discovering my work for the first time.

And if wearing it brings you a little happiness, I would love for that feeling to be shared with someone else.

If that small moment of joy continues on to another person, then this dress has done exactly what I hoped it would.

Pre-Orders & Ordering

Many MASAHIRO OKUNO items are available on a pre-order basis.

Each item has its own pre-order period and estimated shipping schedule, so please check the relevant product page before placing your order. Orders will be shipped sequentially according to the stated shipping schedule.

As pre-order items are produced based on confirmed orders, cancellations and changes to color or size cannot generally be accepted once an order has been placed.

Please note that the estimated shipping schedule may change depending on production conditions. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you at the email address registered with your order.
Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be shipped according to the estimated shipping schedule shown on each product page. Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to your registered email address.

For deliveries within Japan, shipping is free on orders of ¥20,000 or more (including tax). For orders under ¥20,000, the shipping fee and available delivery method will be shown at checkout.

If your order includes multiple items with different shipping schedules, they may be shipped separately.

Delivery may be delayed due to weather, transportation conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us before the order has been shipped.
International Orders

We offer international shipping to selected countries and regions available at checkout.

Shipping fees vary depending on the destination and will be displayed at checkout.

Any customs duties, import taxes, and value-added tax (VAT) incurred on international orders will be covered by the Store. In principle, customers will not be required to pay these charges separately upon delivery.

Please note that delivery may take longer due to international transportation, customs clearance, or other circumstances.
Returns & Exchanges

As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer-related reasons, including incorrect sizing, a change of mind, differences in expectations, or ordering errors.

Before placing your order, please review the size guide, product description, materials, and specifications on each product page. If you have any questions about sizing, please contact us before placing your order.

If your item is defective or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the details and advise you on the appropriate next steps.
