We ship both within Japan and internationally.
Available international destinations can be confirmed at checkout.
Please note that we may be unable to ship to certain regions.


Domestic Shipping

Carrier: Sagawa Express
Flat rate: ¥870 nationwide (¥1,780 for Hokkaido and Okinawa)
※Free shipping on orders of ¥20,000 or more (including tax).


International Shipping

Carrier: DHL

Eurozone: From ¥5,194 (€29.74)
※Shipping rates vary depending on the quantity and weight of the items ordered.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or similar charges incurred will be covered by our store.
In principle, you will not be required to pay any additional charges upon delivery.


Shipping Schedule

In-stock items will be shipped within 5 business days after your order is confirmed.
For pre-order and made-to-order items, please refer to the estimated shipping schedule shown on each product page.

The estimated shipping schedule may change due to production conditions, material availability, or other unavoidable circumstances. If there is a significant change, we will contact you by email as necessary.

Tracking Information

If a trackable shipping method is used, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

You can check the delivery status using the tracking information provided in the shipping confirmation email.


Important Shipping Information

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address, prolonged absence, refusal to accept delivery, or other circumstances attributable to the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

For international orders, if a package is returned due to circumstances attributable to the customer, you may be charged for return shipping and any other costs associated with the return.

Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, transportation disruptions, customs clearance, carrier circumstances, or other unforeseen factors.

Any loss or damage occurring during shipment will be handled in accordance with the carrier’s policies.
