Shopping Guide
Pre-Orders & Ordering
Many MASAHIRO OKUNO items are available on a pre-order basis.
Each item has its own pre-order period and estimated shipping schedule, so please check the relevant product page before placing your order. Orders will be shipped sequentially according to the stated shipping schedule.
As pre-order items are produced based on confirmed orders, cancellations and changes to color or size cannot generally be accepted once an order has been placed.
Please note that the estimated shipping schedule may change depending on production conditions. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you at the email address registered with your order.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders will be shipped according to the estimated shipping schedule shown on each product page. Once your order has been shipped, delivery information will be sent to your registered email address.
Shipping within Japan is ¥870 nationwide (¥1,780 for Hokkaido and Okinawa).
Free shipping is available on domestic orders of ¥20,000 or more (including tax).
If multiple items are ordered together, they may be shipped separately depending on their respective shipping schedules.
Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, transportation issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If you need to change your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us before the order has been shipped.
International Orders
We offer international shipping to the countries and regions available at checkout.
Shipping to Eurozone (EUR) destinations starts from ¥5,194 (€29.74).
Shipping rates vary depending on the quantity and weight of the items ordered, and the exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
Any customs duties, import taxes, and VAT incurred on international shipments will be covered by our store. In principle, you will not be required to pay any additional charges upon delivery.
Please note that international shipping and customs clearance may occasionally result in longer delivery times.
Returns & Exchanges
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer-related reasons, including incorrect sizing, a change of mind, differences in expectations, or ordering errors.
Before placing your order, please review the size guide, product description, materials, and specifications on each product page. If you have any questions about sizing, please contact us before placing your order.
If your item is defective or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the details and advise you on the appropriate next steps.
